Inheritance and Statement

Postby rorra » Thu Jul 30, 2015 5:15 pm

I'm trying to learn a bit about how to protect my progress if I'm killed at the game.

After reading forum posts and http://salemwiki.info/index.php/Inheritance, there are some things I don't understand yet.

1) If I get "Plan State" or buy a "Last Statement & Will", once I dead, my new character will only get 30% of my progress? There is no way to get back 100% of the humors/proeficiens?

2) The only difference between "Plan State" and "Last Statement & Will" is that with "Last Statement & Will" I don't have to buy a "Plan State" every few days?

3) Any advice on how to do to protect main character as much as possible from getting killed?

If you inherit with your scalp in your character you get a 10% bonus or something like that, helps if you die of other causes than pvp inside your homestead, oh you inherit your claims no matter what.

You can also build a grave and pay respects every few days, that should give you a boost on your previous character proficiencies, if you manage to get your corpse of course, which also depends on the circumstances, if you die in providence for example, a group might just take your corpse for witch purposes.
