Do the hours stack? For instance, if I go to bed for 16 hours in a row, will I lose 2 madness levels? Or do I need to log in every 8 hours and reduce it incrementally?

I would like to ask a question related in the same thread, I saw that when I built the teddy bear, I got two bears, is there a way to split them in two different teddy bears or they will remain together and no way to separate them?

I'm assuming you can still use the teddy bear to reduce a madness level even after studying the first use, right?
