I wanted to ask - is attacking or leashing an animal on someones claim considered any kind of a scented crime?

If no, shouldn't it actually be?

For example, there would be no punishment for a person that stomped an animal over the wall leaving just an untrackable tresspassing scent or would he leave something like battery or whatever?

Its not a crime, maybe once you brand it, but there is nothing against a leashed only animal that I have seen.
