also question, if its over 8h Downtime and we get rewards can we also claim them on providence?

Heff I think you are getting your chars mixed up. The first thing I looked for was a purse. You didn't have one on your char. So the next best thing was the special plaid cape.

nope i HAD the purse, on the other hand, also priest staff, gavel of justice, pioneers shirt, adventurers vest, condittioris cape, redcoat pants, miasma masque... only one of these is worth more then a louusy cape from a capebox...
