Characters face is getting darker...is he sick?

I've noticed that his face seems to be getting darker. Actually, it looks to be turning blue or purple. Am I dying?

As far as I know there is no mechanic that changes the color of one's skin.

Could be graphic issues, but then again I think your character is turning into a smurf. :lol:
