Questioned tool

I have a questioned metal shovel then a pickaxe, what a pain because I can't find any ore vein. Can i repair them ?

No, both tools have become useless; you should try to avoid mining and shoveling when having a madness level.

You have madness and you need to make a teddy bear to sleep with it in a bed, or you need to smoke some tobacco that you can buy from the white kings stall in town.

Your madness makes these tools turn into these things. They are now broken.
