I must stress when i say almost** but im not the judge nor jury but from my point of view with this setup you must either wait 3 days to remove the hovels OR commit crimes to get to the TBC, were the first is stupid because 3 days + arson LOL, TBC will be long over, and the second from my understanding was never the intention of the developers hence you cannot plce a TBC on a PClaim to protect it FORCING them to commit more crimes to remove the TBC im sure is abuse.

Almost.... Hmmmm... Ill let everyone else decide if they feel this is mechanic abuse or not.

tbh i seen TBC like these alot on providence, a few weeks ago i saw alot of these owned by Judaism west of providence.
