Can you take people's wallets while they are sleeping?

I logged in today and i saw that someone has been on my base. They didn't take much but 2 rare inspirations. But I also see that i am missing my wallet and i am wondering if you can take one's wallet while they sleep.

you can take anything that a character is holding from your leanto.
