Logged back in and everything in my inventory is gone

Postby drewdogg » Wed Jul 01, 2015 2:24 pm

I log back in this morning and everything in my backpack is gone same with my inventory. I don't have a lot of silver which i spent on nails and they are all gone what can i do. is there a way i can get my stuff back? Kind of bad if this happens makes me not want to play, scared my inventory will vanish.

Walk and learn. Move further away from the paths more travelled. Honestly you don't even need to look at nails until 35+ biles, which should take < 48 hours to reach in your wandering and foraging. Use anything useful rather than trying to hoard before you can secure your leanto. If you've done it even half way decently then you should have some reasonable skills and proficiencies up by this point as well as maybe lucked out on a spot to camp. Even then you should be walking more in order to determine exactly what is in your surrounds anyways. If you aren't prepared to do this, then you should be prepared to have your stuff continually stolen.

Nope nothing was stolen at all. i reloaded going to providence then back put on toggle tracking n such no scents. This is not a thievery at all. I've played this since beta. Im a little pissed everything is gone there is no reason for it to be.

Then you may have gotten the flame-that-eats-all and not noticed perhaps.

You either dropped them, used them, didn't log off fully and was KO somehow or it was stolen. There isn't much more that could of happened.

lol umm seriously. Mabye a bug or something. If i used them i would know. A whole inventory gone how does one use up tools like an axe or a shovel? So no, i didnt use anything. I logged off correctly i didnt get KO'ed or drop them. Im talking about an entire inventory including backpack gone, not just one or two items, everything.
