Journeyman toolbelt

What should do I need to craft it? All I can craft so far is novice Toolbelt. And the wiki doesn't say what skills are needed.

Good catch, I'll look into updating the wiki as soon as I've confirmed what the skill requirement is. For now I believe it's unlocked with Tanning. If you can confirm it for me however that would be very convenient, thanks. :3

No, they are not dropped on KO.
