I'm afraid I don't understand your lack of intelligence when it comes to processing my offer.

My reward states that the scalp must be turned in to me in order to receive the reward, which wasn't done. I offered him the reward for the masks in place of the scalps (as I would have received them anyways had he turned them into me) as a gesture of kindness.

I didn't realize I wasn't allowed to offer my reward for something I would have received in the first place, if anything I was at a loss since no one would have been able to known scum was killed since he had turned them in (If he hadn't posted).


I'll make sure to consult you before handing out any more items or receiving anything else for "trades" of "bounties".
