Game guide?

Postby MrSneaky » Sun Jun 21, 2015 10:11 pm

Hello

Is there a game guide to read before starting to play this game? Looks fun but I am totally lost as to what is what when it comes to this game.

When you start in the bottom left corner you should see a little button called "guide" you can click, it'll open up a pdf with good stuff. And here is a up to date wiki if you need it at

The game does have a steep learning curve but we feel strongly that is what makes it great. Just keep an open mind and an ambitious attitude towards exploration and discovering new things and you should do well. The poster above me gave you some good tips.

Oh and here's a direct link to the Salem Game Journal. Should give you a good starting point http://www.salemthegame.com/salemj/index#/0

The wiki found in this section will give you a great baseline to a majority of stuff. Many things are kept hidden on purpose. There are untold number of things that players do not know.
