Can't a plant a bell pepper in a pot

I started to plant things in pots, it's going well except for the bell peppers.
I didn't find a gourd yet, so I bought some Red Bell Peppers at some stalls but I can't plants those.
Is this because their purity is more than 0% ?

Do you have vegetable planting? It's a skill.
Also the purity never makes you not able to plant something.

Good lord, I took shrooms, flowers and forgot vegetable.
