Redeem items on expedition?

Redeem items on expedition?

Hey, does anyone know how I am supposed to redeem a pack I bought through the store on expedition? I've read that you need to pick it up at a postmaster next to the bank but I see nothing over there.

The Postmaster is only next to the Banker in Providence. In Expeditions, he is next to the Priest and Wilderness guides:
