Trading System

People loved posting crap on the side of walls or areas designated for messages in the colonial area. We could have a designated area where one could post messages including stuff like inventories and things they want to sell, messages announcing bounties on especial enemies, other things. The obvious first hurdle would be paper, and the ability to actually write on the paper. Maybe also a small, perfunctory fee? (no more than looking at the town register, possibly less.)

Can't we have #salem-trade IRC channel integrated with clients as a quick solution ?
IRC was integrated in H&H so part of work is already done.

Edit: I know the channel is currently dead, this makes no difference though.
