Never. If you are murdered are transgressed by a player who looks a certain way then you should certainly be allowed to 'remember' how they looked and that player shouldn't have a simple barber to elude that visual cue.

Indeed, but the player can still ask that somebody remove a hat and mask to make sure they don't look the same as the person who scammed/killed them before doing another trade etc. etc.

You could still easily require all people you trade with to remove their hat and mask.

Sure but they might accept kin with some bogus presentation name.. Which btw we hate. Presentation names will one day be gone entirely and if you choose to kin somebody you will give them your REAL contact info. Otherwise don't kin.
