Both political models is based on outdated conservative political thinking and generally subscribe to the psuedo-democratic model of a representative democracy where citizens don't really have any real say outside who is going to rule over them, and where politicians aren't held responsible for fake promises and lies.

The future lies in direct democratic Technocracies and Cyberocracies built upon new economic models such as RBE's that value the preservation of natural resources as opposed to strip-mining everything like the current monetary one encourages.

EDIT: And if you think Capitalism is any more superior you're just been indoctrinated with the America dream, that in reality is just a ***** carrot on a stick wielded by the elite to keep the masses dreaming instead of looking for a real system that works. What's next, you believe in the trickle down method too?

The monetary system subscribe to a model of infinite growth to sustain itself, and growth requires demand, and demand is created from increased purchasing power. Which is an area Capitalism fails entirely, because it sucks at distributing the purchasing power and instead is far more likely to channel the money into already overfilled bank accounts. That money won't go towards creating new jobs, there is no motivation or logic in rich people and corporations making more jobs when the demand isn't there. The money is more likely to end up in tax paradises. That's one major reason why US is borderline bankrupt today, and the really successful nations are socialist free marked countries like the Scandinavian countries.

You are a downright idiot.

Capitalism is FAR superior to Socialism, DUE TO: Less Starvation (no collectivized farming bullcrap), More people moving from Socialist states to Capitalist states and almost none the other way round, in general a better standard of living, Massively superior GDP to Socialist countries, and when was the last time citizens protested to go from capitalism to socialism? in 1989? Oh no wait that was the other way round.

I'd just like to tell you this amazing quote: "Socialism is the transition from Capitalism to Capitalism."

Besides, the whole "America dream" is ***** in my case, I come from an ex Socialist country, the amount of people here that want socialism back, even though half of their families moved out to capitalist countries the last time socialism was here, is apsurd.

Calling someone an idiot because he does not agree with you kind of kills the discussion.

A complex web of facts, like with most big issues, are open to different kind of interpretations.
Calling people names in a discussion is a sign of a personal weakness or weak argument (or as an enrage tactic ¦] ).

Either way, have fun discussing it on your own.
Starting a discussion -> scaring people away with uncalled for naming-> fail.

I think noone here will argue that socialism is better. You will however get many replies about how capitalism is flawed (which it is). I don't see much to discuss here

Capitalism is clearly superior, modern history should be enough of a proof.
That being said it doesn't mean that there wouldn't be anything better in the future.
