With expeditions coming, I think it's time for a third shift employee. Hire me and I'll keep an eye on the servers overnight. I can sleep on your couch, keep the food levels in your fridge down to an "acceptable level", and ensure your Internet speeds are up to scratch by frequently checking the download speeds of various adult movies. I look forward to working with you.

its not a problem to restart the server but finding the source of the crash /bug and fixing it ... i'm shure there couple of java experts here / Ender / Latikai .... who would love to help.
