Beginners Guide?

Hi im new to the game & was looking for a beginners guide, is there a good one somewhere with step by step instructions?
If not, can somebody tell me how to get started easy and earn gold fast?

Search the ground/stumps for arrow heads and feathers. They can be sold in town. If you get Indian tracking you can make savage charms from them for a bit more silver per.

We don't have a specific beginner's guide right now. They kept getting dangerously outdated as new features were added to the game. But this thread is a pretty good one: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=92

It contains links to the wikis, which can tell you almost all there is to know about Salem, and links to a few other useful resources to help you out. But keep in mind that some of this will also be outdated, so do explore and try things on your own.
