in any case by all means please continue to tell me more about "what you think of me". i am also curious what you thought of me on roanoke when i killed off all of the people that were bothering you, when i let your kids character live, kept your involvement in various unscrupulous dealings there and here quiet even when it was inconvenient for me to do so, did not kill your main character the variety of times this server and last that i could have and overall allowed you to quietly play the political side of the game as embie the "salem socialite" at a much higher level that you would have ever been able to do on your own.

i bet this is like the ***** jane fonda did after vietnam when she realized everyone in america hated her.

How to get back into the game after taking a harsh loss, be it a character or a base is pretty tricky. The best thing to do is take some time off and lick your wounds. Salem has a certain draw, that will pull you back into the game. Salem is an evil elastic band. It's one of the very few games where you can loss so much and while that seems harsh its actually part of the reason its so great.

When you come back you will be stronger, you will be safer, and you will prepare for your death more, so the fall will be less harsh.

I don't care what you tell. I dislike the kkk and they know it. I didn't like alloin for helping Judaism so yea in Roanoke I gave you access to a town and good water. All who truly know me, know that I don't lie about things like you do. You make up crap about everything. Anyone who posts different about you is under your spell. I didn't say I wanted you banned from the game. Some of my group may quit but I will always be here just like you. It's the way it is. As far as being a socialite, that's your stupidity. That was 2 yrs ago when we all used to have a lot of fun in Boston, so much so that it caused everyone to end the server on our server, not yours. Peace out!

i have very little clue about what you are trying to reference in your rambling, or what i have lied about other than being "blood" for several dozen scams (   ) nor what my stupidity is with regard to you being the salem socialite, but whatever, 20 people logged on roanoke when it was ending so **** on me i guess.

peace out embie!

Okay so on the topic of the thread....

Get in a differnt saddle. That's what I did. You realize that with death around the corner the game is different. Before my first death I of course "knew" I could die. But it always happened to someone else. I lived close enough to the darkness that no one would find me, but not to far in that someone hunting darkness critters would stumble upon me.

But then I made a mistake and got killed anyway. So don't focus on living as long as you can, focus on having as much fun as you can.

Not true! He doesn't care.

I suggest you go back and reread some of the things posted by MM when people have shared accounts. My take on it is that it isn't going to be actively policed currently, but anyone caught doing it risks having the account banned (or worse) along with anyone accused of stealing it.

Now, apologies for the further derail on this matter. Some people will always play fast and loose with the rules and then cry to Mommy when they get burned.

IIRC Carver said that account sharing may lead to fights regarding who owns it and that it is hard to investigate. So instead of doing that he will ban all parties if there is a reported conflict. So the way I see it is that sharing accounts isn't something he actively oversees, but it is probably the easiest way to get permanently banned if there is a misunderstanding.

Pretty much this.

Back on topic again. All I can say is the first toon you lose is the hardest. You need to remember this is just a game. Try not to take a toon's death to seriously. The new systems in place make it easy to level up a toon. It does help you are part of a town where others can help you rebuild but you can accomplish this alone also. I guess the most important thing I can tell you is never give up. This is a great game with many challenges. You just need to learn from your mistakes.

Good luck to you!
