No, if you didn't unlock Ample Storage with Packrat it means it's also unlocked with another skill. Please keep learning skills and report back when you figure out what one so we can update the wiki's. It's not a bug, it just means Ample Storage will be requiring two skills for the unlock, where the second one is currently unknown to the community atm.

If I where to guess the second requirement will probably be a skill related to carpentry or storage.

Ok I understand, I may have been relying too much on the wiki then, I will continue my search for Mechanics and Ample Storage.
