Yep, but you need a 10 store drying frame to make one portion tobacco(for a single puff). So it does not help you..

does anyone know how to put tobacco in the pipe? i got dry tobacco from my frames but it wont get into my pipe? :s

sure, but how? right clicking wont give a option, and putting them together also wont.
