There is a game like that but it uses fallout 2 engine. It's really fun but plagued with russian griefers so you will get ALOT of action.

Yea i played it a handfull of times some years back, im sure we spoke of this game a year or two ago.

I mean more of a 3D persistant world sandbox thingy with fallout as the theme.

10 men in power armor and rocket launchers roll up outside a base shouting "knock knock".

Oh the sheer fun.
