Dude, you made a bet. You lost it as confirmed by John. Now, you're trying to change the deal, back out of it, and make a spurious counter claim. Whether or not you define this is a scam, you are clearly breaking your word here and that is pretty much the same thing when it comes to being a merchant. You're making it clear that you'll 'change your mind' in the middle of a deal if there's enough money involved. Might you do this again some day if someone tries to buy a Simple Bonnet from you? Or some ultra rare trinkets?

not really, i told him if he gets online playing with 2 characters "without cheating" id pay him 10k but just having a logged off char that stays online just because hes carrying stuff and another logged in doesnt count, i was talking about playing both at the same time... and i have never scammed anyone thats legit, he just tries to make the subject so he wins automatically by obscure ways wich i said in the first wont be tolerated

but u didnt win, ur character is not regulary logged in to activly be able to play thegame, please stop changing facts.

You already agreed to the terms. There was no irregular way. The deal was never to play 2 at the same time only that both are logged on. Please stop scamming people. I would hate to have this information out there. Seems like it would be bad press for a trader such as yourself.

Haha it's hardly "dirty" also because of the new "Will stay logged in for longer period after closing client" You can just close your client, open up a new one, and log in on the new client and your other toon will be right there since they stay in the world for about 60 seconds when your client crashes. In fact JC mentioned it in announcements, so not only is it "not dirty" it was announced as a feature that if you close a client the character will stay in the world.

I agree that you didn't say anything about "playing" the character.

It is maybe not scamming. But yes your word means nothing after taking a bet then when you lose it you back out on it. 10k silver isnt even that much. You had no qualms about accepting the silver if Dallane had failed yes?

And yes you never stated he needed to play on both characters.

Take it like a man and accept your loss. Noone wouldve cared had you not accepted such a bet but by accepting it and then backing out. It just shows you for who you are.


Oh and im by no way a fan of Dallane. (if he wasnt a mod he'd be blocked for me).

Wow, who would make such a bet... Hasn't the mechanic, of characters not leaving game world when on someone else's claim, been here since 2012? That's how people were attuning keys to characters on the same account
