Where/what is "the den"

I assume that the "hookah" is a waterpipe but where can I find them and where and what is "the den"?

You should check the seediest place in Boston. There you will find a door. The doorman will only let you in if you are dressed rich enough. Don't want any riff raff in the den.

emmm what "Successfully " mean ?
every time im using it it ends in that stun so i assume its bad event and dont reduce insanity ?
