Powering up stats during combat

Hi.. How do you replenish Yellow bile during combat.. tried eating shrooms, but its not working.
Also what foods are best to increase yellow bile in gluttony mode (for a beginner) ?

you can't regen during combat. look for sugar caps, shroom on a stick a normal blewits

No stats will regenerate during combat.

For YB try Lavender Blewits, after that Shrooms on a stick, for which you will require mushroom hunting. Until you can kill crickets and easily smoke food these are your best options afaik.

don't forget to raise all your humours roughly in sync, it will make things a bit easier since your highest humour determines how much stuff you need to eat for any increase.
