That's...actually a fair point. If I was a witch I would be in there...and he can't say I would be an alt already in it I be in trouble for based on the rules...and they "should" have an IP checker list (I did when I was a Moderator in another game), if not Mods...then the Admins sure do to see if I have an account in the witch group

Still, taking down decayed claim stones is questionable as a crime in my personal opinion though, it essentially cleans up the map for the remains after players who have quit the game. I think after like 1 month of it being 0 it starts to naturally decay...but, that kills the "anti-scavaging" measures JC made to stop scavengers (since defenses won't fire anymore if no claim)

I agree, it's a two way thing. Someone willing to take down a decaying claim stone may devolve to doing more heinous acts of crimes. It's a slippery slope. Hence why I have no regrets lashing the guy.
