Me again,

1) Does the requirement to upgrade 1 bar depends on all the bars? I mean, i have a lot of phlegm but very low yellow bile (miner), but I did take notice that when using gluttony on Sizzled Grub, i get a really low ammount of yellow bile, even if, with 12 yellow bile, 2 of them should upgrade the bar, but instead, the 1st food shows about 1/4 the bar or less

2) For a newbie (less than 40 at any bar) what whould be the best food to increase yellow bile?

3) I'd like to know what would be a safe blood and yellow bile ammount before hunting beavers.

For start (up to 200) try not to make more then 5 difference between bars, later you can go up to 10 difference. Upgrade depend on largest bar, u always need to reach value of highest bar in order to upgrade any other.

Yes,

If your phlegm is 50, & the rest 5, then you will need to fill any other bar to 50 to upgrade it to 6

If have 12 at everything and i eat a mushroom that gives 12 at everything, what will be the one to be upgraded?

Depends on which type of mushroom you use. Also be sure to boil mushrooms before eating or using them as an ingredient.

I know i know, but i'm talking about this: If i need 12 points at everything and i get 12 points at everything at the same time, what will be upgraded?

Whichever is currently the lower one. If all the same I can't recall for sure but seems like its blood or black first.

Go find Rocks pick up the rocks collect as many grubs as you can. Feed them your cabbage if you want to increase purity. Gather as many frogs and milkweed as you can. Place the milkweed in a fire and make charred milkweed. You can make http://salemwiki.info/index.php/Froghetti which can give you a fair boost to yellow bile. Mix that with some huckleberries and roasted/salted pine nuts and you can climb real fast at your level.
