can i'm find fruit tree in forest ? or how can i plant this tree ?

You need to buy a fruit and plant it with the appropriate skill.

No you cannot. Right now you need to buy the fruit off either the Seasonal Stall, or a player, and then plant it using Fruit Orchards skill.
