Yeah yeah yeah. Still, I don't think the game should be limited due to opinions people have on what it's about.

Are you actually saying that during the tutorial players are not arriving to the new world on a boat?

I kind of like the idea, my take would be something like this....

To go native you'd have to study something hard to find/make ect.
You would have the same darkness/light mechanics applied as a witch, everything still aggros though
Can make a "tribal hall" or something which operates as the opposite of a church.
Cool down for teleporting to boston is increased (Natives would trade with the pilgrims of course, but not as much as pilgrims would trade among themselves.)


"possible" ideas
You can not be stocked for crimes against a native
A native can not be stocked
A native on a English claim/town will be trespassing regardless on if it's friendly or not. They can have their own tribal claims that function in reverse.
Tribal lands spawn more monsters
Natives have stronger death rites so you inherit more.

Overall I think a tribal should be in conflict with pilgrims not because we tell them too, but because they'll naturally clash with pilgrims.

Anyway just a few ideas, while I'm still iffy on the idea of becoming a native I think a system where it's basically "hard mode" would be fun.
