Traps and stuff...

    Apache foot Trap
    Bird Snare Trap
    Deadfall Trap

Quite simple and primitive but would be nice to try new ways to catch animals.

The foot trap:

Of course it would require long waiting time. materials are sharp sticks and organic bait that's it.

The Bird Snare:

Would require sharp stick, branches, string, and stone
the waiting time would be random depending on the biome location it is set.

Deadfall Trap:
Image
Simply locate a boulder or log and set the trap and for the rig to this would be crafted on instant for 1 use.
materials for this would require 5 sharp sticks and string plus some organic bait.
the waiting time would be the same as the bird snare.

The Darwoth Trap:

just place a box like this on the floor and lead a trail of his favorite candy...

if successful Darwoth will be hooked by the scent of skittles.

if all fails... well catching a wild Darwoth is like trying to catch a Unicorn...

Yes, yes, yes! Trapping would certainly make hunting a more interesting experience.
