I have a fairly new character, with bikes in the 70's. I am wondering what the average level is? 100, 500, 1000? Not sure what numbers to shoot for an decent character.

Shoot as high as you can. 200 you start being considered a "Veteran". 500+ you have a Titan.

not really, someone isn't what i'd call a 'veteran' just because they've managed to get 200 biles. I'd say 200 is around the point where it isn't noob biles.
