0% Learning ability

Howdy, i have reached 0% learning ability after been struggling reaching the cap for all the profiencies required for the settlement skill.
Just need like 20points more in perennial philosophy to reach cap for all. But now when i got 0% in learning ability i get nothing for my insparationals.
Is there any way to get + % learning ability without choose a profience. Or do need to start all over again?

Study an inspirational that you haven't studied this "session" yet, that will reset the LA back to 70%.

Yes, but wont that reset all the other profencies that ive been struggling to cap? Just need some points in perennial philosophy to buy the settle skill..

The only way to reset all the proficiences you've been struggling to cap is to either learn the skill or click the reset button.
You can study however many and different inspirationals in a single session as you want, just keep in mind that studying the same ones over and over will lower your LA and every time you study one you haven't during the current session will bring LA back to 70% without affecting any of the proficiences you've worked on [this session].
