i dont know the player involved but my opinion is he was just trying to be funny not crash the server and ruin everything for folks. id make him wear a dunce hat for a few weeks at most not kill off all his **** =P

While I am glad he lived, there is a big difference between killing people through clever use of game mechanics and over loading the server to where no one can function.

Fix your **** or expect more. Acting like the same child you were before ownership just makes this even more funny. : )

While I am glad he lived, there is a big difference between killing people through clever use of game mechanics and over loading the server to where no one can function.

It's an overload of RAM or CPU usage of a client. And some latency too, though I'm not sure what caused it.

This is not H&H. And the mentality that it is the developers fault for not closing every single 'exploit' is only going to get you banned. As previously stated, there is a WEALTH of things possible before we took over and still possible now that can exploit and generally harass the starter city. We have no intention on removing other mechanics in the game to close the loopholes, instead, players will learn that this game is like 99% of games on the market where people found exploiting without reporting will receive bans or worse.

This is no different than the way that some games do not program every single variant of verbal harassment nor do they invest the thousands of hours to pick up any and every way chat could be abused. Instead they simply ban those who find ways to do things still unsatisfactory after their word filters.
