Clothes and Swimming

Hello again.
I have 1 more idea for salem.
The idea is simple
If you have clothes on your character and go swimming clothes will get wet and if clothes are wet you walk and run slower.
To make your clothes how thay were you need to put them on drying frame.

Having wet clothing increase in weight or restrict movement is a fine idea.
