Not sure yet, Keir is a good friend who I introduced to the game but village life didnt really suit him so he set out on his own, I think two months now. I will need to wait till he gets online but that likely wont be till tomorrow since he will be playing FNM.

Also there is no 'Main village' we are nothing more then a collection of hermits under one village banner. Sure, just as with any town we likely have spies and 'fake newbies' but there is not really much they can do. Everyone has their own base that they build and are responsable of - they are not linked or share walls or gates or resorces. Heck i think we have about 10 diffrent mines going and most of them are bring worked on.

I have no problem with the Permadeath and raiding aspect of the game, I enjoy the risk and the paranoia, the need to get ones walls up and always keep pushing for high biles.
Do not argue with idiots, for they will pull you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Pretty much this. If you invite someone not trusted to your main town he will just party Darwoth and your town is rekt-

A party member shares his village rights with everyone in the party.
So it doesn't matter where you let him, he can still break down the walls.

It's not a bug lol it's the same with personal claims, if you own one and party anyone they can enter as well.
That's why trial members got introduced.

Yeah, just keep people in trial membership indeterminately. Have them only pay the extra money it takes to extend trial membership. You could call such an agreement a sort of treaty .. wherein they pay for their safety and the right to be within the confines of your faction's piece of ground where someone has undoubtedly buried something. Such a plot of land is sacred to all factions and it is important to be brave and protect it should any misfortune attempt to befall it!

Any one who partied someone into the village would only be able to brake into his own base - we all have our own bases, with Personal claims covering them. There are no 'area's with loot' because they are all just personal homes and it is up to each person to decided who they trust and who they dont.
