I'm starting to think there is some requirement to get little limestones. Since the mining patch I haven't gotten a single little limestone while I got about 10 big ones

Little lime stone used to be the worst lime boulder you can pull out with only 1 lime.
So it's like a natural 1 on a d20. It's rare, except it's more like d100.

'Little lime' is an item, NOT the little jellybean sized boulders you can dig up. The item pops into your inventory when you dig up any lime boulder from the ground - big or small.
Do not argue with idiots, for they will pull you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Thats not true. There is a very tiny lime boulder you can drop on ground and then chip it for 1 little lime.

Incorrect, THe Little Limestone needs to be chipped from the tiny jellybean sized boulders.

My mistake, I had seen that it as an item and assumed that it worked much the same was as the other rare drops in the game. Got to love the rule of Assuming.
