Found it impossible to solo kill it... it poison and freeze you then wrap around and suck-off phlegm while u cant move. Probably need new antidote to unfreeze and continue to fight...

You are doing it wrong. It's extremely easy to solo kill if you use strategy instead of face tanking. Here is a video I recorded the night it came out.

its easiest of dark mobs, just wait till it agro, bullrun stab, rise and repeat till its dead
