Salem: Viridius Aestivum
Loosely translated that's "greener campaigning season" - but Aestivum can also mean pasture/summer camp, etc.
Pasture = Pastus or Pascua.
Arable land/country/region = Arvum
so
Salem: Viridius Arvum or Salem: Viridius Pastus are also options
I also like Salem: Vacca Bella (Cow wars)
I suggest not being too **** on declinations as they sometimes don't sound as good.
Staying with the Latin theme, I'm also partial to Salem: Terror Incognita
