I haven't found 1 single Devil's Wort since patch either. Not exactly fond of this patch so far..

forage mode is just a waste of yellow bile and movement speed now... i have only seen like 4 extra things and it is usually more grass, rotten logs, daisies.... and such useless junk.

I doubt thats the case. Just because your screen is clogged with this new **** that doesn't mean other forageables spawn less than before while foraging.

Well in the patch note I think devs suggest such a case. They said it will be harder to gather specific things, but overal you will comeback with a lot of different stuff.
More stuff to find, less of each is the whole update I think.

Well, I can only speak for myself, but I've turned off all the "new ***" on the radar. So no, that's not the reason I'm not seeing any Devil's Wort.

In regards to Forage mode, I've mostly used Wander, which is also what I used earlier. Though I've also tested Forage quite a bit. Found like 10-15 Steer Skull in the period I've been foraging in badlands which is supposed to be rarer now(not the only biome I've looked in).
