Decrease in log drops

i was wondering what might cause the decrease in log items being found... when i joined earlier this week i was finding something (anything) in 90% of the logs/stumps i checked, now i am finding something in maybe 5% of the logs... if i am lucky... and never anything good.

is this related to the patch or do log items decrease the further out into the wild you go, as i am about halfway across the map now...

items spawn as people are around - with less traffic in the areas you are now in then lees things will have had chance to spawn.

They just take time to re appear. You have reach the region's limit. Go further

drat... less traffic means less drops, but more traffic means people... which i hate... well... time for alts in the high traffic zones to gather and mains in the boonies to run the shop.

He meant spawns inside Old hollow logs, not singing old logs.

Ah right sorry I misread what he'd asked I find that with decent activity stuff respawns pretty quickly, so just do a run through every now and then if you don't have anyone else checking that might grab stuff you've spawned.
