This is true, however a wall is ultimately better because with tea and a little time a dedicated thief won't be all that put off by two torches.

There is crits.
There is 2 torches.
It takes a lot of bb to steal from leantos and claims so you are risking KO by doing that.
It takes a lot of time, time you could use finding other claims to steal from. (and there is a lot of them completely unprotected with a lot of **** to steal.)

I literally started playing on that day.

I had no resources to build any defense at the time. I'm not foolish enough to not build defense, my claim used to be a fortress not worth the effort of raiding before I stopped playing. Everything decayed and I just had enough time to build boxes.

I just got extremely unlucky.
