Sand & Clay

Postby Absoluum » Fri Apr 24, 2015 2:25 am

Everything I've read said that you can dig sand and receive "sand" from sand biomes near lakes.
All the sand I've ran into presents me with clay...
Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks.

what does sand look like, for comparison. It takes about 7 minutes to canoe around this lake and every shore is clay =/

Port to providence, walk to the market stalls, and dig there.

Also you can notice that sand is a lighter hue, and it will not be all bumpy like that clay pit, which looks like it's been dug up quite a bit.

Good evening.

Alternatively you may wish to consider using your fishing-trap alternative account, if you have one, to do this for you similar to how you would use it for hay via reeds. I would not recommend on relying on relying on the main city for raw-resources as those may be snuffed out eventually.

Sincerely,
