Just started

Hello, I just started and created my character. After taking the ship I'm at a new dock, there are 3 Indians here. There is a chat bubble with "Speak with me to pay off your debts and be free!"
I do not see anyone to speak to beside the 3 Indians. I've clicked all over the area, and cannot move past the bundles on the dock.
Can anyone help me please.

You right click Chief Lend-A-Hand after trying to clear away your debt with the NPC shouting about clearing your debt

That's the problem, I do not see a NPC that's telling me to pay off my debt. And clicking the chief offers no options either.

I zoomed in the camera, then as the ship sinks abit on the waves, you can just barely see the NPC's foot that is talking. Was able to speak to him finally.

Hold the middle mouse button and move the moust to rotate the camra - it should make your life much easier

Also, do not log off until you have your lean-to set-up... i did the intro 5 times before i realized you dont get to save a character until you are in the new land and not he native land...

also i recommend saving every arrow head and every indian feather you find as you are looking for a good place to settle. once you have the skill to make the savage charm you can sell those for the silver you need at the main base. i made 450 sv this morning in just under an hour.

also explore the commands. i did not and didnt know i could warp to providence from my homestead until last night...

and do not be afraid to move... i have been playing for 4-5 days now and learnt so much about this game... and am about to move my home... that i just put my claim stone on last night... but i need to be in a better spot.
