is it normal for stocked criminals to be out of stocks after crash? both are randomly out.

Yes they are released on a server crash.

We are discussing putting a flat penalty on a criminal that is applied if they are in the stocks when the server crashes. It is just simply not a priority at the moment.

Digging and carrying things become deadly. Server crash = death. I'm not against the idea of KO
