It takes wrought iron bars to make braziers, so pig iron won't get him braziers... but I do agree on your point

Yes, I admit that I've made big mistakes. But braziers would not have changed much - the only thing that stands between braziers and all of my base was split-rail fence. So it would have been pretty easy to disable them, or more importantly destroy claim stone.
And iron I was selling exactly to pay for upkeep.
