Fishing loot tables would have to be changed so that during contest a unique type of fish can be caught in the Providence area, from the moment the event starts. The goal is simple - person who catches X of the fish first wins. To make it more interesting, each week this fish would changed to utilise different fishing moves, so that part of the competition is to quickly figure out which moves work for this fish. Of course this type of fish would have to be impossible to catch after the event, and would despawn / rot / turn into different kind of fish after some time - to make sure people dont bring this fish for the next event.
2. Sunday dinner
Players come to Boston with gluttony food prepared. They are moved to an enclosed area. A dev chooses a random number in 2000-5000 range. The goal is to reach gluttony score exact to this number or as close to it as possible. The player who gets exactly this score as the first one wins. In case noone reaches the exact score the event will end after set amount of time and the person who was the closest to the target score wins.
3. gold rush
Team competition.
Each team gets a small, fenced off plot by the river. The plot also includes small stone deposit. Players have to quarry boulders from the deposit, chip rubble from them and then sift. Either players would have all rubble and gold flakes removed from their inventory before the contest starts, or the deposit would yield unique type of boulder which in turn would yield unique mineral when sifting. The team which sifts a specific amount of flakes / mineral wins. This event seems the most complicated to implement though

4. Alt factory
The goal is to create an alt and finish the tutorial as quickly as possible. Before the event players gather in Boston and a dev announces a phrase or a number as well as his HS. Then players have to create a character, include the phrase / number in character's name, run it through the tutorial and after they're finished - whisper a dev using the HS. Dev would have to check out if the character's name contains the proper phrase as well as whether the character has gone through the tutorial.
