Salem is definitely pay2win, as JC has proven by paying to win the game.

The grab/hover and click function of Salem really needs to be explained better in the tutorial. It's used so much but it's not really explained that much. Also the talking going over each other when he clicks on the NPC's is key to fix.

Also the porting to town function is sort of hard for most noobs fresh off the boat to figure out.

Watched and Subscribed thanks Dragon.

I found it interesting what he said about some things being interactive through right-click, while others(building sign windows) use left-click. I imagine newbies would struggle a lot more than him, being a returning player.

Pay to win implies you can actually win at a game. Nobody wins in Salem. You don't play Salem, Salem plays you ¦] . No matter how much money we have we all pay with our souls.

In all seriousness, a very wise lady (Lusewing) once brought up a good point about Microtransactions:

People who have a job don't have as much time to play the game as people without one, therefore the people without one have a natural advantage. The system helps balance it out and makes it more attractive for filthy casuals. That and it helps the developers.

In regards to the video, I liked it; hope he plays some more, cus in my opinion Salem has changed a ton since I first started playing about a year ago, the devil's in the details :).

Please change the default client to enable all the filters on when running the game for the first time... shadow and quality water do really make some diffrence.

I'm glad Darwat said what we all were thinking.

I have thought about this, my only concern is that there seems to be an issue with a fair number of video cards out there that 'blacks' out the menu buttons.
