I suggest you go to your nearest room and borrow a mouse. It is playable but hell you gonna hate this game with no mouse.
Again I strongly suggest a mouse, with no mouse, you can try using Latikai/ender's client. Go to the setting and see if they have an "emac" control setting. Also, experimental laptop control etc. Etc.
But I doubt that will help.

HasseKebab... please let us know the right solution, because simple deinstalling of jdk is surely not the way.

Read about another player who had this problem, get the custom clients to work, but the default one has still issues with mac:

Could it be that you have your monitor color depth set to 16 bits? That is known to cause clicking issues.
