Nope. I turn mine off also. I started getting nervous with the mine music....

Yeah, in the end I have turned the music off as well. Maybe I just got so used to playing Salem without music. Music in games feels good when it builds its climate. But after you have played a long time without music then you already have the climate built without the music and adding it feels weird. Guess it's more important if new players will like it.

yeah - I pretty much never play with the music from the games - i'd rather listen to my own music
So now I like the fact that sound effects/music is a separate toggle.

Me too xD I have never played the emo pokemon game with the crazy-inducing music. But I assume that the one mine song that makes me imagine some creepy carnival with marionette zombies trying to kill me would have the same effect. The other cheery one makes me whistle it and gets stuck in my head forever, so I'm torn on which i dislike most. They're nice in moderation but too much just gets uncomfortable, like the new violinist music in providence after the stalls were added.
